Experience typical Austrian gastronomy by candlelight, in nostalgic, romantic ‘royal and imperial’ ambience. We are renowned for our imaginative fish dishes fresh from the lake and waters of the region (member of the Salzkammergut Fish Restaurants). Our Alpe-Adria and Austrian cuisine offers contemporary and hearty regional Upper-Austrian delights.

Our chef and owner Monika conjures regional delights onto the plate using creativity and imagination. Refined combinations from classical royal and imperial cuisine join regional Austrian delicacies, Alpe-Adria cuisine and wholefood selections. The setting is provided by the Kaiserstube room, the Klimt- & Vetschera-Zirbenstube rooms and Geli's bar and bistro.

In summer, our beach restaurant is the best place to be, set directly on the lake, where the magical view of the lake and mountains as well as the music invite you to relax and try our home-made cakes, slices or ice cream specialities. (warm meals served from 2pm – 10pm)

Specialist magazines Gault Millau and A-la-carte and recognised author Alfred Komarek have designated us a gourmet destination, and a particularly interesting address in the Salzkammergut region!
