All members of the Salzkammergut Fish restaurants are distinguished by their heartfelt, honest service, a culture of enjoyment and a selection of wines – and, of course, fish specialities!

Tradition and creativity from Monika Eichhorn’s kitchen!
Our dishes range from traditional recipes that have been handed down through generations to creative and unusual compositions. Monika Eichhorn’s love of fish is supplemented by delicacies from the Salzkammergut region, along with seasonal specialities such as game from local forests, freshly picked asparagus from Leonding, lamb and kid at Easter, and much more. Naturally, royal and imperial specialties are also on offer, including prime ‘Tafelspitz’ beef, ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ sugared pancakes, home-made apple strudel and the famous ‘Kaiserguglhupf’ cake!

Enjoy a 3-course Emperor’s candlelight dinner with your partner, with romantic music – €19.90 per person (excl. drinks)

EVERY SATURDAY from 6pm – ‘Candlelight dinner’
Under the motto ‘Delicacies in the Royal and Imperial House Museum’, you can experience fine dining by candlelight with us each Saturday, in a nostalgic atmosphere and in the presence of many Habsburgs, whilst enjoying the accompanying wines.

Enjoyment gift vouchers for any amount, or gift vouchers for an ‘Emperor’s dinner’ or ‘Candlelight dinner’ are available in the Kaisergasthof hotel – always a lovely surprise.
